- XPS-INJ Direct Inject Gun and 1 CO2 cartridge
- XPS-5TK Starter Kit. It comes with one direct-inject CO2 gun, one CO2 cartridge, and one Seal 1.5 to 5-ton tube.
Instructions
Turn the A/C system on and verify the unit is running. With the CO2 cartridge in the gun, connect the Seal product to the Inject Gun. Then, connect the other end to the low-side service port. Briefly pull the trigger. The direct Inject Gun will meter just enough of the CO2 to the empty tube. The Xpress Seal product has now been injected into the system. Disconnect the empty tube from the low-side port, and install the service port cap. Run the A/C unit at least one hour after installing a Vapco Xpress Seal product.
