QUAD POWER
QUAD POWER is highly-concentrated while also being cost-efficient and is available in four sizes. It is available in a one-gallon plastic bottle that’s pre-mixed and ready-to-use, a 32-ounce spray bottle and an 18-ounce, aerosol spray, and it is also sold in a 5-gallon jug. Because all contain the same powerful, hard-hitting, grease, grime, and dirt dissolving chemicals it is what HVACR contractors and their clients demand the most.
QUAD POWER AEROSOL – was specifically designed to make contractor lives easier (and their reputations soar). This newly developed product safely, effectively, and quickly eliminates grease, grime, and other heavy soils from microchannels, mini splits, air-cooled condensers, evaporator coils, permanent filters, fan blades, motors and most other dirty, greasy and grimy equipment.

Directions:
Use as directed. For use only by HVACR professionals. Wear goggles, gloves, and protective clothing in addition to following the directions. Vapco STW series, hose end gun (HEG-1), or tiny tank (TTC-1) sprayers are recommended for application.
SHUT THE SYSTEM OFF.
Condensers:
- First mix four parts water with one part Quad Power.
- Add water to the sprayer.
- Next, add the product.
- Spray the solution onto the dirty surface.
- Let sit for 5-7 minutes.
- Rinse with water.
- Finally, rinse out sprayer, spraying wand, and nozzle.
- Following up with a second application may be required for extremely dirty coils
Evaporators/Mini Splits/Micro Channels:
Cleaning evaporator coils does not require rinsing.
- Use 10 parts water and one part Quad Power.
- Apply with sprayer.
- Use in a “no-rinse” environment with sufficient humidity being condensed from the air to provide rinsing.
- Spray product’s solution onto the dirty surface.
- Soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Return system to operation. Condensation will rinse away the solution.
- Finally, rinse out sprayer, spraying wand, and nozzle. Follow up with a second application for extremely dirty coils.
Permanent Filters: For cleaning greasy components in a basin or tub, for every gallon of water add one ounce of Quad Power. Soak parts for at least 15 minutes, then rinse with water.
Quad Power Aerosol:
- First, wear protective gear.
- Shake canister.
- Remove the cap and spray it towards the surface.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the foam to liquefy.
- Finally, rinse the surface with water.
Effect on Roofing Materials: Conditional to its composition and condition, the color and finish of roofing material can be affected by coil cleaners. Test cleaner on a small area of the roof before cleaning.
Rubber Roofs: Generally safe on rubber and membrane roofs. Test cleaner on a small area before cleaning.
DANGERS & PRECAUTIONS:
Do not get in eyes, on the skin, or on clothing. Avoid breathing dust/fume/ gas/mist/vapors/spray. Wash skin thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection.
