Directions:
DISINFECT: To disinfect hard non-porous surfaces (HVAC catch pans and air conditioning evaporator coils), proceed as indicated:
- To start, shake can.
- Next, hold can six to eight inches from surface.
- Spray and cover with white foam, then allow the foam to penetrate and remain wet for 10 minutes. No scrubbing necessary.
- Finally, wipe off with a clean cloth, mop, or sponge. This product will not leave grit or soap scum. Always remove excess gross soil before treatment.
MILDEWSTAT: Control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous surfaces (evaporators, floors, walls, tabletops) spray surfaces to treat. Wet surface. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth reappears.

Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Exposure to temperatures above 130°F may cause bursting. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wear gloves and safety glasses when using the product. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry area, keep containers tightly closed. Do not store near food, drink, or animal food.
