FOAM TAPE, SCRIM REINFORCED
Scrim Reinforced Foam Tape is stronger and more flexible than regular foam tape. It insulates all sizes of tubing, pipes, tees, valves and fittings. This self adhesive 30foot roll works between -50°F to 257°F. It provides a fast, easy, fiber, moisture and mildew free method of insulation. It forms a long-lasting bond with clean metal surfaces. it will not shrink, dry out or pull away when properly applied.
WHAT IS SCRIM TAPE: Scrim tape is a type of double-coated woven tape that is self-wound and specially designed for demanding applications. It is known for its strong, fast adhesion, making it ideal for permanent bonding purposes.

Black Color of Closed Cell Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) Foam.
- Complies with UL94-HF1, HF2 & HBF1, HBF2b | IEC 60695-22-20 and 60695-11-20 and ISO 9772 and 9773. Meets FMVSS 302 automotive standard and conforms RoHS 2002/95/EC directives.

Directions:
- Surfaces should be clean and dry before applying tape.
- For piping applications, wrap tape in a spiral around piping, carefully butting edges so not metal is exposed. To speed application, overlap edges 1/4-inch.
- For double layer application, overlap tape half its width.
Note: Foam Tape greatly resists oils, acids, alkalies, most solvents, water and water vapor, rodents, vermin, fungus and freeze-thaw cycling. It gives off alight odor but is not offensive and non contaminating. It may be painted with most standard paints.
